Wrapping Up the 2nd Quarter

Due to the number of absences, I've changed my lesson plans for this past week and next week. So many kids have been out sick, including my own kids, we need some time to get caught up before the quarter ends. (And thank you for staying home if you don't feel well! )

With the exception of about 40 Good Reads book reports (you guys did an amazing job; grading them has been a long but enjoyable process), all grades in the gradebook are current and accurate. Any late/missing work must be completed and turned in by Monday, Dec. 17th. I will not accept any assignments after Monday at 4:30pm.

The tutoring session for the Unit 2 Post-Test and the Common Summative #2 is Monday morning at 8:15. If you would like to retake either/both of those summative assessments, please make arrangements to be in room 248 at 8:15 on Monday 12/17.

Please make sure you have completed the following:

Winter RI/Lexile ( Must be completed at school. Record your score in your agenda. Remember, show GROWTH!)

Reading Plus Pre-Assessment (This is that new program GMS has purchased. Go to login.readingplus.com, site code is rpgriff1, username and password is your lunch number. We will start using this program more frequently, so you need to get started.)
